Good morning,
Just wanted to drop you a note about what a great time the Calendar Girls had at the Wild Women Wonder Westerville. We were the group of 13. We had a ball. Wild Women Scavenger Hunt
April 22nd  6pm 10pm

To use an internet expression...OMG....we had a blast - over 80 wild women wandered despite the possible thunder showers and then sang, danced, ate, drank and enjoyed themselves!

 We had a fun scavenger hunt through town, collected unique pins and enjoyed an evening with friends.The wild women wandered around Westerville and collected "laughter and fun", came to the gallery afterwards for a patron party.

 Wild Women Mystery Art Hunt


June 17th   6pm 10pm

Our second summer wild women event.  Join us for a mystery art hunt through town. $5

 

Come to the gallery from 6-8 - the earlier the better and get your first clue.

Then wander around Westerville and begin to collect "laughter and fun".

Then come to the gallery at 8pm for a party. Refreshments, music will be served!

This is a girls night out - bring a group or come by yourself and meet some wild women!

Wild Women Dog Days
 August 19th   6pm 10pm

What better to do on Hot August nights than to get a group of friends together and have fun!  Join us for a dog day exploration of Uptown and more.
  $5 ticket

Art Stimulation

Donations are tax deductible to the extent of the law - we provide many children exhibits, teaching/ encouraging artists to grow and exhibit their art work, community events such as Wild Women and web sites.

We do need your donations to continue this.

Merchant/Business information about Wild Women

What is Wild Women – just a chance for you to publicize your store/business, meet some wild women and have a great evening of fun.


On each Wild Women evening, we provide a wander Westerville activity to encourage our wild women to see parts of Uptown that they may have never seen.  Last year, we had charms to hand out.  This year we are going to make each event special and unique.

April will be a Scavenger Hunt –  6-8pm – wander the stores!
    

  •    Each wild woman will be given a funky hat by the gallery – it says wild woman on it!
  •    Each participating store/business will be given pins to hand out and we ask each store to give a special clue. 
  •    The clue can be any thing to do with your business/store. 
  •    Once the wild women answer the clue, you will give them the pin and the next clue -
  •    When they have answered all the clues, Participating stores/businesses and wild women are invited back to the gallery for libations, refreshments and live music.

Costs to the participating stores is $75 but you are given 15 tickets to sell to recoup the costs.  Selling tickets is a process and we suggest the following:   So this can be a no cost event or maybe make money too!  ( This is our lowest entry fee ever!)
  • Contacts your email lists,  groups you may belong to, business lists and let them know about the event.
  • Offer a ticket for a particular sale/amount of sales
  • you can give your tickets away if you want – to your favorite patron
  • If you sell more than 15 tickets, you can keep the money
  • We do ask for some help with food and drink for the party....participating businesses are asked to bring goodies.


If you would like to just sponsor one of the wild women events and get some free publicity
  •    Ad sponsorship is $25 – give us a logo and printed material to hand out.
  •    We are willing to trade too – for a goodie basket, food, drink etc. etc.etc.  Door prizes would be great!!!!
  •    Your name will also go on the website, the flyers, the tickets etc. and will help us to “add a bit of difficulty for finding the clues”.  One of the first clues is to look at the sponsors list  and find the right business.
  • Get a free wild woman hat and one ticket to the event (additional tickets only $5 each!
