Summer Camps Schedule - Gallery 202 summer camps are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants and to cancel a class if enrollment is low. Columbus Theatre Classes are separate camps and enrollment and conditions may be found at their respective organizations.

My daughters have been taking summer camps and classes at Gallery 202 in Westerville for the last 5 years. We have been thrilled with the projects they've been able to do and Renee is a wonderful teacher - full of creative ideas and great with the kids. Some of the projects my daughters have created include: ceramics - cat, pipe, star mobile, a wooden birdhouse, ladybug sculpture, 3 foot panda sculpture made from recycled objects, and sewing projects: skirt, poncho, pillow.

My seven year old daughter recently had her birthday party at Gallery 202 and she had a blast! 10 girls attended and made their own creations with tissue paper, glitter and markers on canvas boards.

My then 6 year old daughter took their Creative Minds classes during last year's school year for children ages 2-6. She enjoyed
open-ended art with lots of art supplies to get her hands on as well as instruction from the teacher for themed-related projects.

I highly recommend any of the children's art programs at Gallery 202. We'll be back this summer!

Camps at 13 E College Ave.

June 11-13, 5-7 yrs 10-11:30 - 8 and up 1-3pm. Playing with art materials- 3 day mini camp. Experiment with a variety of art materials - charcoal, paint, pastels, crayons, on fun surfaces.$50/$60

June 17-21, 5-7 yrs 10-11:30, ages 8 and up 1-3pm. Paint on anything but canvas-Whatever we can find to paint on and create art we do. Windows, slate, rugs, paper, wood, boxes etc. etc. $95/$110

June 24-28, 5-7 yrs 10-11:30, ages 8 and up 1-3pm. Clay classes - this is a fast filling class -Create, Make clays, paint finished projects and so much more. Make clay out of coffee, toilet paper, jello! We use science to create art! $95/$110

July 8-12, 5-7 yrs 10-11:30, ages 8 and up 1-3pm, NEW - Paper making, pop up cards, moveable animals all in paper $95/$110

July 15-19, ages 8 and up 1-3 pm, Sculptures with found objects -Fun and creative use of found objects - use everyday items from household trash to food! $95/$110

July 22-26, ages 8 and up 1-3 pm, Sewing for fun - Use of sewing machine, hand sewing and simple hand crafts $95/$110
