Record it over time. Do you notice that you are looking for the new/different/unusual in different places? 2. Hit and Run See something you like on or about someone that you find good (nice, pretty, etc.) , Compliment the person as you are passing by and then leave, Don't look back" 3. Secret Art Activity What ever it is that you do creatively in private -Show it to someone. Arts, crafts, poetry, photos, dance, carpentry etc. Show someone a different side of you that they don't know. Now try this with a business area. If you are writing a novel at home, ask to write a manual at work. 4. 15 minute timer - Force Quit describe in slide 33 or for something a bit more difficult, force quit by making yourself remain still and quiet for 15 minutes - and that does not mean do yoga or meditate - but to just simply observe.
