Banners are uptown - as a fun community project, Gallery 202 offered free banners for artists of any age to create a banner to celebrate April is Art, 2010 in Uptown Westerville. In 2009, We ended up with 60 banners - from as young as 4 college students, girl scout troops, businesses and creative people of all abilities and ages.
