May 1, 2004 August Exhibition: July 28-August 21 August 1, Artist Reception, Sunday at 2pm., High Road Gallery, Worthington We are setting up the show the last week of the July and it will be ready for viewing on Wednesday, July 28th. You are encouraged to invite everyone on the planet. I will provide a minimum of 25 postcards to each person. I will be ordering at least 1000 cards and the High Road Gallery sends out 350 of these. This is a pot luck type of opening, so everyone will be asked to bring something to nosh on during the event. There is a cost of $8/25 cards to cover printing and mailing the cards to you. Volunteer Staffing: The normal procedure is to have the participating artist(s) staff their event. There will be a sign up sheet on the April event for everyone who can to sign up and sit in the gallery. If you sign up and volunteer, you will be given the opportunity to place additional art of your choosing (with some exceptions), into the gallery. We want to take over the whole building for this event. Any additional pieces outside of the Passages piece, must be for sale. (You can put on price on your own passage piece if you desire, but I have asked her to let us keep pieces NFS if we choose. ) All those non-passages pieces must be delivered to the High Road Gallery on July 26th or will not be hung. These pieces will be placed primarily on the second floor of the gallery. DATES TO REMEMBER:
JULY 26 - non passages pieces delivered to High Road Gallery. Really, only ONE, TWO, THREE dates to remember. Now, I would also like the answers to the following questions regarding the passage - please just copy and answer in an email or mail them me. Thanks
