My husband, Doug and I started snorkeling in the early 1980’s in the Florida Keys and fell in love with it. We became certified divers in 1993; I have always loved taking underwater photographs to show family and friends what is under the sea.   

                                                                                   
I am a self taught underwater photographer but have received the help of many professionals because I am always asking questions and reading books on underwater photography.  It is amazing what variety and beautiful, colorful life is in the ocean and I try to capture that on film.   Capturing the sun or showing sunlight while underwater is also very intriguing to me.

Underwater photography is very challenging but is also very enjoyable. I have logged over 480 dives, all with a camera and always find something new and interesting under the sea.
