Have Hot Air Balloons land on State Street and the roofs of buildings that will support the weight.
Have a re-enactment of the Anti Saloon League Blowing up Corbins, but do it in paper mache'and life size.
Have the Budwieser folks bring the wagons and horses to town, as that Westerville was the first choice for the brewery that ended up at Shrock and Busch in Columbus.
Have antique car drag racing thru Uptown.
Bring two groups together and have the "Guns and Buns" art festival, Dan Aumiller may kick in some money for that. As well as the girls from Hooters.
If I think of more, I will post them. Remember I live outside the box.
